Mock Trials can be a very beneficial tool for legal
professionals when a court case is ready to go to trial.  Mock Trials, or
'pretend' jury trials offer the legal professional a chance to present their
case to a sampling of prospective jurors - chosen to match the demographics
of the area in which the trial will be conducted - so that they can
potentially see what the real jury may say about their case.  This allows
them to make modifications or even decide not to go through with a case,
depending on feedback from the mock trial participants.  FMS can take care
